The hardest part of any traceability programme is getting accurate data out of the field. AgriTrace is the field facing mobile app that solves this. It captures polygon boundaries using GPS trace walks, manual draw, or coordinate entry, runs EUDR aligned plot level questionnaires, and prints paper receipts via Bluetooth thermal printer at the buying station. All in a single offline capable workflow that works without connectivity and syncs the moment it returns.
The engagement layer is the buying station itself. Farmers get a printed receipt showing transparent pricing: gross and dry weights, deductions, premiums, total payment in local currency, that they can take home and reconcile. Where projects include fair value premiums for farmers (such as per kilogram bonuses above the reference price), the additional amount is itemised on every receipt. Both the farmer and field team sign every survey, capturing consent at the source. Per plot annual quotas are enforced at the moment of buying, blocking the aggregation fraud pattern that EUDR auditors look for.

A polygon and a transaction record are useless until they're connected, validated, and tagged to a specific shipment. The Agridence Platform automatically runs every plot boundary through configured geospatial and legality risk layers including tree cover loss, protected areas, restricted use areas, deforestation risk, and country specific layers. It flags the plots that need a second look before EUDR sign off, so your team focuses only on the small minority that actually carry risk. Polygons and transactions are tied to shipments through a Plantation Code that follows the data from origin to buyer, so every kilogram in a shipment maps back to specific plots.
The Supplier Portal extends the same digital backbone upstream, so external suppliers can self serve compliant submissions rather than be chased through email. Suppliers work through a guided four step wizard. They upload GeoJSONs (validated against EU TRACES rules before they can advance), run geospatial and legality checks per plot, upload evidence for the flagged minority (previously mitigated plots are auto recognised), and finalise a shipment that lands in your Traceability Dashboard ready to review.
