Mainland Group selects Agridence for EUDR-compliant natural rubber in Côte d'Ivoire
Mainland Group has selected Agridence to service its Côte d'Ivoire plant, which has an annual output of approximately 200,000 tonnes of EUDR-compliant natural rubber, aligning its due diligence processes with the compliance platforms already widely used by its international tire manufacturer clients.
The producer is aligning its due diligence with the platform its international tire customers already use, turning an early compliance investment into buyer-ready volume.
SINGAPORE, 14 August 2026. Mainland Group, a leading global agricultural commodities enterprise with annual trading volume exceeding US$7 billion, has officially selected Agridence as its supply chain compliance service provider to deliver EUDR compliance services for its projects in West Africa and Southeast Asia.
Mainland moved early on EUDR, investing in farm mapping and field data collection tools well ahead of enforcement. As discussions with international tire manufacturers progressed, the company found that buyer acceptance is not simply a matter of data collection or certification. Buyers expect suppliers to demonstrate a structured due diligence process backed by risk assessments, mitigation measures and audit-ready evidence.
Mainland’s decision to adopt Agridence reflects a growing industry trend. Rather than building compliance separately from their customers, producers are increasingly choosing platforms that already support the frameworks used by international buyers. Agridence helped Mainland identify and close gaps in its existing data, creating a more seamless flow of compliance information between producer and buyer.
Under the engagement, Agridence will help Mainland migrate, standardise and strengthen its existing compliance data, conduct geospatial and legality risk assessments, and support targeted remediation where required. Leveraging Mainland Group’s complete local raw material supply chain system in West Africa and its completed data compliance work, the engagement will fully align the compliance data chain with the due diligence requirements of international tire manufacturers, and effectively reduce the cost pressure and operational burden on Mainland Group and its upstream smallholder farmers.
In line with the cooperation vision agreed by both parties, Mainland Group’s Cambodia project will also fully deploy the Agridence system to meet the growing international demand for EUDR-compliant natural rubber.
