From Farm to Filed: Building EUDR-Ready Traceability, End to End
This session follows Gerald's keynote at the China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA), From Product Certification to Due Diligence, and moves the conversation from why to how. We walk the full Agridence platform: from raw plot data in a farmer's hands through to a Due Diligence Statement filed in the EU TRACES system.
This is an open session. Feel free to forward the registration link to colleagues and partners.
Three things you will leave with
What the data actually looks like at every step, from a plot boundary coordinate to a submittable DDS.
Which fields the EU will always check, and which evidence holds up when it is challenged.
After the session we write up the questions raised and send the summary to everyone who registered.
Free to attend. Register even if you cannot join live, and we will send you the recording.
Four steps, one thread
This is not a feature tour. We follow one real consignment through the whole process, working live in the system, screens, fields and errors included.
Draw plot boundaries on a phone in the field. Capture works offline and syncs automatically once back in range. Mapping, survey and purchase records all happen in a single visit.
Each plot is checked against deforestation, legality and protected area layers to produce a risk verdict. We show live how to attach mitigation evidence for a flagged plot.
Every consignment is tied to specific plots and volumes, producing a verifiable batch ledger rather than a spreadsheet assembled after the fact.
Generate and submit the Due Diligence Statement, obtain the DDS reference number needed for customs, and keep five years of records exportable at any time.
Speakers
Keeps the thread running and puts each step back into the buyer and regulator context.
Live walkthrough of mobile plot mapping and the survey flow.
Layer verdicts, evidence archiving and DDS submission.
The speaker line-up is being confirmed and will be shared in the registration confirmation email. The session is delivered by native Mandarin speakers.
Who this session is for

The presentation and Q&A are entirely in Mandarin. The system interface is in English, and the presenters explain each screen and field in Mandarin.
Do I need to prepare anything?expand_more
No. If you already have specific data requirements from an EU customer, share them when you register and we will prioritise those questions.
How does this relate to the CRIA keynote?expand_more
The CRIA keynote, From Product Certification to Due Diligence, covered the trends and the requirements. This session is the practical follow-up: the same requirements, shown step by step in the system. You do not need to have attended the keynote.
