A pre-competitive funding model where industry members of a commodity platform pool capital to co-invest in supply-base outcomes no single company would underwrite alone - across social, environmental and livelihood dimensions. STNR: Natural Rubber Traceability & EUDR, Indonesia
With SNV and Kirana Megatara under the GIZ-funded SAFE programme, equipping smallholders in Sintang, Sanggau and Landak to map plantations, complete sustainability surveys and register transactions with AgriTrace - traceable, legally compliant rubber that keeps its access to global markets.

Continental & GIZ: Traceable Smallholder Rubber
Running since 2018 in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan: a digital traceability system covering around 5,500 mapped smallholders, farm-gate purchases checked against plot area, and farmer incomes up 27% - responsibly sourced rubber that now ships in Continental tyres.
