    Why This Webinar Now

By August 12, 2026, every packaging type placed on the EU market must be backed by a valid, provable Declaration of Conformity (DoC). For brands with large, mixed portfolios, that adds up to thousands of documents, each requiring accurate data, correct signatories, and a clean audit trail.

The challenge is not understanding PPWR. The challenge is operationalising it across your SKU catalogue, whether that is 100 or 25,000+ SKUs, while data remains scattered across ERPs, supplier emails, shared drives, and legacy portals. Even 100 SKUs across multiple EU markets means hundreds of documents to collect, link, and sign.

This is not a large-company problem. It is a complexity problem. Manual processes do not scale, and the complexity is in the data, not just the count. This webinar shows you how to close that gap.

    What You'll Take Away

    • Collect and link all supplier declarations, test reports, material certs, and compliance documents to finished packaging SKUs via Bill of Materials.

    • Generate Declarations of Conformity per SKU, per market, and per required language, with full traceability of what was valid, when, and who approved.

    • Sign individually with full document review, or sign in bulk for volume scenarios — with multi-signatory support configurable per market or legal entity.

    • Understand how a single finished SKU with multiple material suppliers (e.g., aluminium lid + cardboard body + inner packaging) results in one unified DoC.

    • See how the same data model prepares you for Digital Product Passport requirements expected from 2028, with no rework needed.

    The DoC Workflow

    1

    Collect & Link Data

Collect all supplier declarations, test reports, material certs, PFAS compliance documents, and recyclability certificates. Link them to finished packaging SKUs via Bill of Materials. A single finished product may have two or three different material suppliers — the platform links all of their compliance documents to that one SKU.

    2

    Create the DoC

Once all linked data and documents are in place, the platform generates the Declaration of Conformity — per SKU, per market, per required language. Multiple DoCs may relate to one SKU where multiple Bills of Materials or markets are involved.

    3

    Sign & Track

Sign individually with full document review, or sign in bulk for volume scenarios (e.g., a head of market signing 1,000 DoCs for France). Multi-signatory support is configurable per market or legal entity.

    Live Walkthrough

During the session, Liz will narrate a live end-to-end walkthrough of the Agridence PPWR DoC workflow: from a material with missing data, through data and document collection, to DoC generation and the signing workflow.

This is a practical workflow session — not a legal interpretation of PPWR and not a full platform demo. You will see how the platform operates as a single system of record for packaging declarations.

    Future-Proofing Your Data

PPWR DoC is Phase 1. The data model you build for DoC compliance becomes the foundation for what comes next, no rework needed.
